If you are not present at your nominated delivery address in most cases, A 'Sorry we missed you' card will be left
and advise whether your parcel will be waiting for you at the nearest courier depot.
Proof of identity will be required to collect your parcel.

Global Direct Shop is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods. Goods must be tested upon receipt and faulty goods must be reported to Global Direct Shop. Please note, Global Direct Shop is unable to refund shipping or associated freight costs. We will not refund or accept returns for items where the buyer has simply changed his/her mind.
We cover DOA (Dead On Arrival) products within 14 days of purchasing the item. All other issues are usually handled by the manufacturer.
In the event an item needs to be returned to Global Direct Shop. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay all shipping and handling costs to Global Direct Shop. Global Direct Shop will pay all return shipping costs to the purchaser.
All returns need to be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice as well as written documentation as the fault condition.
